Welcome to my first post on my new blog, a delightful Christmas pressie from my sister and her boyfriend.
Who gets a start up blog for Christmas?
And what do I do with it now?
Well it has taken all day for me to work out how to get on this thing, I suppose I should try to keep it up.
The first few poems are the choice of my sister. I hope you enjoy them as much as she does.
Here is my latest winter poem offering I wrote a few days ago.

Stars.
Shining in the sky.
In the blackest night,
Illuminating our lonely souls.
Brightening our hearts,
With the hope of ages.
With the promise of Spring.
Winter is the pause,
Before the bedlam that life brings.
So polish up your star
That illuminates your life.
And with a glass of Christmas cheer
Wish all a blessed good night.
